As a part of the Critical Capability Development (CCD) program implemented by the training and Development Division (TDD), Department of National Human Resource Development (DNHRD), 20 chefs and cooks working in different hotels/restaurants in Punakha have completed two weeks-long Advanced Cooking Training in Punakha. The Dasho Dzongdag of Punakha Dzongkhag graced the closing event.
The candidates were trained in continental, Indian cuisines and dessert-making techniques, processes and preparation.
The same training was conducted in Thimphu, Paro, Samdrup Jongkhar, and Trongsa.
